The business then improves or eliminates the ineffective item and replaces it with something that does meet or exceed expectation. A practice that is not growing and changing with its customers will die. If a business runs today the same way it did 10 years ago, the customers probably will have grown beyond it. A great business continually must analyze itself to be certain it innovates and finds new solutions for new problems.
